With the new year almost a month in, it’s important to make sure you are sticking to and staying motivated as you continue your new year resolutions. It’s important to maintain a healthy routine so you can reach your goals. With that said, there is nothing like having the PERFECT playlist that can help motivate, yet, push one to reach new heights. As I make my journey to a healthier lifestyle, I find myself listening to songs that uplift and encourage me to succeed. I hope these songs speak health to you as they do for me.
